At Gehlot Agro Industries, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Atta directly to your home. Please read our delivery terms carefully before placing an order.
1 Serviceable Delivery Area
- Location Constraint: Deliveries are strictly operated within a 50 km radius from our flour mill (Boranada, Jodhpur).
- District Limitation: Orders are accepted exclusively for select pincodes within Jodhpur District, Rajasthan.
2 Shipping Charges & COD
- Delivery Charges: Whether shipping is Free or Paid will be determined dynamically on the Cart / Checkout Page based on order value, distance, and promotional offers.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available. Applicable handling fees (if any) are subject to company policy and will be shown during checkout.
3 Delivery Timeline
- All confirmed orders within our service zone will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days.
4 Non-Serviceable Location & Refunds
If an order gets confirmed for a pincode or address where delivery cannot be fulfilled by our fleet:
- We may route the fulfillment through our nearest authorized dealer's store for local delivery/pickup.
- If fulfillment remains impossible, the order will be cancelled and a 100% refund will be issued within 3 business days.
5 Company Right to Cancel Orders
- Gehlot Agro Industries reserves the sole right to cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, address/pincode unserviceability, or logistical issues. Full refunds will be credited promptly for any cancelled prepaid orders.
6 Third-Party Courier Terms
Where shipments are handed over to third-party courier/logistics services, delivery terms, rules, and schedules of the respective courier company shall apply and be binding on the customer.
